Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is more than just an ad hoc structure that we created to serve a single purpose. Since the early days of our founding, we have used our CSR program to support the local communities where we maintain our offices.  We believe in the strength of education as a tool to improve the lives of impoverished communities. We encourage volunteerism and individual donations to programs and resources that can expand educational opportunities for men and women of all creeds and cultures.

We believe that strong and vibrant enterprises can be prime examples for the elimination of the inequality and racial bias that has been the basis of recent tragedies. Social unrest is a natural by-product of a sense of unfairness that permeates any group that has been excluded from opportunities for an extended period. We respect the right of every individual to be heard in a peaceful and nonviolent manner and in an environment that encourages open and intelligent debate. No two persons will ever be in perfect agreement over every issue, but we maintain that it is critical for those persons to feel unthreatened if they desire to speak their minds and to express opinions, regardless of how controversial those opinions may be.
